Explore, research & ideate

In the first phase of the Double Diamond, the goal is to gather insights and thoroughly understand the problem space. This involves conducting research, gathering data, and empathising with users to uncover their needs, behaviors, and pain points. Techniques such as user competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, qualitative and quantitative research are employed to build a comprehensive understanding of the context in which the design will exist. The Discover phase aims to define the core challenges and opportunities that will guide the design process.

Synthesize & wireframing

Once insights are gathered, the Define phase focuses on synthesizing the information to clearly articulate the problem or challenge at hand.

This phase is about distilling the research findings and creating wireframes for you. These wireframes will be used for the design system of the website.

Create & build

The third phase is development, this is where we take the wireframes and build your new website! We will undergo rigorous quality assurance once the build is complete and have you run through the website for user acceptance testing. Here all bugs will be fixed before going live.

Go live & hyper-care

The final phase of our approach is delivery, where we focus on implementing and launching the refined solution into the market. This involves conducting final rounds of testing, go-live, and post-go-live checks. Successful delivery ensures that the designed solution effectively addresses the initial problem identified in the Discover phase and meets both user and business goals.
